Yes. Full private label service: woven labels, hangtags, care labels, and custom packaging (poly bags, gift boxes, etc.). Provide your brand guidelines, and we handle the rest. Minimum order for custom labels may apply.
Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment (T/T). For established partnerships, we offer flexible terms such as 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy. L/C at sight is also accepted for orders above USD 50,000. Sample fees are refundable upon bulk order placement.
We support FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, DAP, and DDP to major ports and warehouses in the US, Europe, and Australia. We work with experienced freight forwarders for sea freight, air freight, and express (DHL/UPS/FedEx). A dedicated logistics coordinator manages your shipment from factory to destination.
Four-stage QC: (1) Yarn incoming inspection — composition, count, color shade, strength; (2) Inline inspection — knitting density, pattern accuracy, linking quality; (3) Finishing inspection — wash shrinkage, pilling test, ironing finish; (4) Final AQL 2.5 random sampling — measurements, appearance, packaging. Each order receives a QC report with photos and test data. Third-party inspection (SGS/BV/Intertek) available upon request.
Pilling is a natural characteristic of all spun yarns (wool, cashmere, cotton, blends) — it is not a manufacturing defect. We test every order to ICI/Martindale standards and guarantee a minimum Grade 3-4. For shrinkage: wool/cashmere ≤5%, cotton/linen ≤3% after standard care. These tolerances are specified in the tech pack and confirmed before production. Proper care (as per the garment care label) is essential.
Absolutely. We welcome to visit and arrange third-party audits. Our facility is approximately 1.5 hours from Shanghai by high-speed train. We can arrange airport pickup and local accommodation. Live video tours are also available if travel is not convenient.
